Late Policy: We understand that your day can sometimes fall behind schedule, trust us, we’ve been there! Therefore, we have given our guests a 10 minute window with no questions asked - however, after those 10 minutes you unfortunately do run the risk of having to cut your appointment short, or even worse, not being able to be seen at all! Please give us a call if you're running behind more than 10 minutes so that we can best accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy: We very much appreciate a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. You may do so via your confirmation email or give us call. As of now there is no fee for cancelling/re-scheduling - we simply appreciate the gesture!

'No-Show' Policy: The Southern Cottage is an appointment only establishment. Our Estheticians are here just for you - taking great pride in the effort it takes to prepare for your arrival. If you do no show up for your scheduled appointment without cancelling prior, a 50% charge of the total in service(s) missed will be charged to your credit card.
